The display tank lighting consists of 4- 250w DE PFO pendants run off icecap ballasts which are housed in ballast boxes. We are currently using Phoenix 14k bulbs and think it is an excellent color bulb.




 

The lights are attached to DIY “light racks” which we fabricated using angle aluminum and stainless steel bolts. They are suspended from the canopy using steel cables which are attached to the canopy lift system so the lights are raised up and back when the canopy is opened using the linear actuator.
