The cooling system is actually a 3 system design with 2 chillers and 1 A/C unit for the garage. The dual 1 ton chillers are a DIY design using a mini-split A/C system and titanium chiller tubes designed for lobster tanks.

The chiller tubes are from SW
Wilson in NewYork. The A/C units themselves are Soleus Air Mini-split systems
from Genie A/C in LA.
The chiller water is from a Sequence dart pump which feeds all the tanks and chiller in the sump room.
The garage A/C unit is the same model mini-split but uses the included unit
inside the garage instead of a chiller tube.
All 3 systems go to an “A/C cage” on the outside garage wall. We welded up
the cage itself and it turned out pretty good and holds all 3 units perfectly.
The cage is also where the sump intake and return lines come from/to the display
tank so everything is inside and locked up.
Look for a write up of the parts and instructions for the chiller design and
construction in the miscellaneous section.
